1. How do I contact Customer Support?

2. Why do I need authentication?

Authenticating your account will remove several account limitations regarding large quantity purchases of KCoins.

3. What happens if I don't authenticate my account?

Un-authenticated accounts will have to wait 24 hours after they buy KCoins. This applies in three situations:
1) Purchasing over 300USD worth of KCoins at one time.
2) Purchasing KCoins two or more times in one day.
3) Using an authenticated Paypal account to pay for a game account two or more times.

4. How can an account get blacklisted?

Anyone who obtains a refund (via their bank or otherwise) after a purchase will have all their accounts blacklisted, including separate games under the same account, and accounts with the same credit card information.

5. How do I keep my account from being blacklisted?

Before you make any purchases, please take careful note that due to past scamming and fraud, koramgame.com.my cannot give out any refunds, and any game accounts or Paypal accounts that request refunds will be blacklisted.

6. How do I remove myself from the blacklist?

You may make an appeal to remove your name. To make an appeal, submit to us your account name, your credit card number and a scanned copy of your credit card. Only after your account has returned the refunded amount, paid a service fee of 10% of the refunded amount and completed the appeal process, will their accounts be removed from the blacklist.

7. How do I know which server I'm playing on?

You can see the names of available servers after you've logged into one of our games. Or, after you've started playing, you can see the server name in the address box. For example, in "http://s1.tk.koramgame.com.my/", s1 is the abbreviated server name for "server 1".

8. How do I track my order number and transfer number?

On the 'Buy KCoins' page, open 'KCoins Purchase History' to track your order. For your transfer number, check with your online bank.

9. What do I do if my KCoins get sent to the wrong server?

Log on to koramgame.com.my with the affected account, and contact our online customer service.

10. After my KCoins are sent to the wrong server, what information should I give online customer service?

You'll need: your account, the name of the game the KCoins were sent to, the server you originally wanted the KCoins sent to, the server they were actually sent to, the buying method (via Paypal, bank, etc.), the time you bought them, the amount bought, the order number, and your contact information.

11. After my KCoins are sent to the wrong server, I need to log in with that affected account? Why?

Yep, you do! We just need it to verify your identity.

12. So when my KCoins are sent to the wrong server, how does koramgame determine how to fix it?

We'll look at your KCoins exchange history. If you've bought KCoins for that game in the past, then we'll transfer your KCoins to your intended server. If this is your first time buying KCoins for that game, you'll have to buy KCoins for that game before we can resolve your problem.

13. Can you give an example for the question above?

For example, if you're playing in Server A but you accidentally sent your KCoins to Server B, we have to make sure that you've exchanged KCoins for Server A before. If so, we'll help you transfer your KCoins; but if not, you'll have to send some KCoins to your account in Server A before we can continue.

14. So if my KCoins are sent to the wrong server, I can request to transfer them to the server I originally wanted?

Yes, as long as the KCoins sent to the wrong server were not used. If you used the KCoins in the wrong server, we cannot transfer them for you.

15. How do I know what happens to my KCoins transfer appeal?

You can check on the status of your appeal on 'My Questions', under the Support tab. Once your appeal's been received and the transfer's been made, our customer service will announce it there.

16. How will you determine that the server I request the KCoins transferred to is the server I actually play on?

We'll check your KCoins Exchange history, and confirm that you've exchanged KCoins to that server before. If so, then we'll be sure that the server you requested is indeed the server you play on.

17. How do I exchange KCoins for actual in-game currency?

Each game has its own currency-to-KCoin exchange rate. When you purchase currency in the game, the game will automatically calculate this exchange rate for you, and tell you the maximum amount of currency you can currently buy.

18. What are KCoins?

KCoins provide our games with a single universal currency that can be exchanged for in-game currency for any of our games, which you can then use to speed up your game or buy useful items for your characters.

19. Why use KCoins?

With KCoins, you can buy game currency in several different games from a single account, without having to enter your credit card information every time...which in the end leaves you more time for playing!

21. How do I use KCoins in-game?

You can't directly use KCoins in our games; you've got to first exchange KCoins for Coins, Gold, Drachmas, or whatever type of currency that game uses. First, go to the koramgame.com.my Buy KCoins page and select the game you want to exchange KCoins for. Second, select the amount you want to exchange and to which server you want to send it to. Lastly, go play!

22. Where can I see how many KCoins I have left?

You can view your remaining KCoins on the Buy KCoins page.
